Owner Dayna


Dayna Brooks is a woman of faith and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She is married to retired Sheriff's Deputy, Chuck, and together they have three children: Jacob (20), Luke (18), and Selah (15). Dayna is a nationally qualified "Figure" Competitor, a marathon runner, and has extensive knowledge in nutrition, wellness, and resistance training.

Specializing in strength building, fat loss, and corrective exercise, Dayna brings a fresh philosophy to training by combining self-empowerment with noticeable results. Her training sessions are upbeat and addicting, fueled by her infectious positive energy. Dayna's passion for fitness inspires those around her to embrace fit and healthy lifestyles.

Dayna's instructional style is detail-oriented and heavily focused on form and effective execution of every movement. She believes in encouraging, empowering, and motivating her clients to push themselves to new heights.

As a competing athlete herself, Dayna is constantly learning new training techniques and welcomes the challenges of creating new programs for her clients to ensure their workouts remain fresh and exciting.

Head Coach Zee

I am Coach Zee and I am excited to be a part of your fitness & health journey!  I have been obsessed with fitness and all things health since the age of 14 when I began taking Step Aerobic classes with my mom!  Over the years I learned and practiced kickboxing, boxing and Muay Thai but my favorite overall is strength training as weight lifting has changed my life for the better.  Working on getting stronger has allowed me to enjoy the process (which for me is a lifelong journey!) and also enjoy those non-scale victories we all have!  

When I am not training clients, I enjoy beach days with my three kids or a nice bike ride or hike around our beautiful city of Chino Hills.  

My goal in studio is to help bring out that inner beast I know lives in every one of us!  I cannot wait for you to join me at one of our upcoming semi-private classes!  

 Coach Zee has a BA in Global Studies & Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and obtained her Personal Trainer diploma in 2007 from the National Personal Training Institute in Santa Monica, CA.  She is certified in Pre-Post Natal Training & is an L1 Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition.   

Coach Elaina

I am a wife of 24 years and a Mom of two boys making sure they live their best life. I love watching my boys do everything they love, mountain biking, motorcycle riding, wakeboarding….. the list goes on…. I’m a Household manager and a Realtor at Nordella Real Estate Group. As for myself I love decorating and shopping…. It’s a problem. My new found passion is fitness and nutrition. I found success and LOVE it!!!! I am so excited to be part of Drench and to get to know all of our incredible members!



Coach Sara 

My love for sports and fitness began years ago as a child taking ice skating lessons and playing interscholastic sports. As I got older I expanded this interest to include certifications in formats that made me excited to get to the gym, specifically group classes, where I could not only work out myself but lead others in a fun and motivating environment.

I’m a strong believer in pursuing what works for you at whatever stage you currently find yourself in either physically or mentally. From lifting heavy to a mind-body class like Pilates or Ballet Barre, there’s always a format to help you get stronger and healthier....believe in yourself and just do it!

Today as I get to lead others in group fitness & strength training classes it brings me great joy to witness someone achieve their fitness goals and overcome any self-doubt they once felt. Helping others make health and fitness an everyday enjoyable part of their life is what brings a smile to my face and why I love what I do!!

Coach Jamie

Jamie grew up dancing from a very early age all the way through college, even earning a scholarship. She used to teach dance to kids until being a wife and mom to two busy boys became too hectic. A few years later, she found herself overweight and out of shape until a friend recommended she come to a Zumba class with her. The rest is history. She rediscovered her love for dance and her passion as a certified group fitness instructor. She has been been instructing for over 9 years. Jamie loves helping other women find their inner strength and reaching their own personal goals through their fitness journey.

I am a Digital and Social Media Manager by trade, but I’m also an incredibly passionate fitness instructor! As a certified instructor of Les Mills team training and group classes (Strength, BodyCombat and RPM) I am here to help you break through to a healthier, more confident version of yourself. I’m committed to motivating and inspiring you to push your boundaries— are you up for the challenge?

Coach Michele

Michele’s love for fitness began at an early age. She has always been athletic and involved in sports, specifically soccer, volleyball, track, and more recently this year she started golfing. She has a background in dance and enjoys doing it whenever she can.She has always made fitness and health a priority in her life since she worked at 24 Hour fitness in 2007. Her passion for training continues to grow and she hopes to help other women achieve their fitness goals in a fun and healthy way. She is ACE certified.Michele has two children, Cooper (age 6) and Charlotte (age 4). She is married to Paul, who shares a similar passion for exercise. She loves being involved in her children’s school and leading a Bible study at her church. She has also worked in the wedding industry for the last 15 years as a wedding planner. 

Member Concierge Lisa

Lisa is a dedicated health and wellness advocate with a firm belief that balance is the key to a joyful and meaningful life. Drawing on over a decade of experience in customer service, her role at Drench Fitness Training is to leverage her expertise of the Mindbody software to support customers with their memberships and schedules.A proud mother of two and a cherished chocolate Labrador, Lisa calls the outskirts of New York City her home. Her overarching mission is to inspire others to make their well-being a top priority and tap into their limitless capabilities by harmonizing physical fitness and mental wellness.
