Our focus is small-group strength training — coached sessions designed to help you lose fat, build lean muscle, boost your metabolism, and feel strong in your everyday life.

Every training session is intentionally programmed to:

  • Teach proper lifting technique

  • Progressively build strength and muscle tone

  • Improve mobility and core stability

  • Support hormone and metabolic health

  • Keep you consistent with accountability and community

The harder I pushed and the more I tried to control, the more my body broke down — first with Hashimoto’s, then with cancer.

Striving stole my health and touched every part of my life. At the breaking point, my surrender came. Nothing left behind. I told God to take it all — and if there was anything I was still holding on to, to show me. And He faithfully did.

That’s when everything changed. Healing began. My body rested and grew strong. My marriage was renewed. My soul found peace. Then came the preparation.

God used my surrender to birth a new vision — one that would become Selah Grace. From striving to surrender, Selah Grace was born — a sanctuary for women to restore, release, and thrive.

I spent most of my life chasing a better body.

The muscle. The bikini. The perfection. The next level. The next achievement. Thinking somehow it would finally make me feel fulfilled, confident, or enough.

But after years in the fitness industry… and honestly, years of exhausting my mind and body trying to become “better”… I’ve learned something so freeing: true peace is not found in a mirror.

Today, I feel more beautiful covered in peace, purpose, rest, and the love of God than I ever did standing on a stage.

And maybe the most healing part of all… my daughter now gets to see what a truly confident woman looks like…. Not a mama constantly chasing the next fix, the next diet, the next standard, or the next version of perfection… but a woman finally at peace within herself.

That’s the only thing I will ever advocate for now. Not quick fixes. Not pressure. Not shame. Not selling women the lie that they are never enough, that they need to invest in another diet. I couldn’t sleep at night if that’s what I was representing. Because pure peace lies within the spirit of a woman. And that will flow into her health.

Just strength. Health. Peace. Freedom. Community. Love. Restoration.

Nothing more and nothing less. It’s who I am and it’s what I meant to do.

Because there is no greater form of health than a woman who is mentally, physically, and spiritually whole.

Meet Coach Natasha 🤍

Her fitness journey began in a season many women can relate to, wanting to become the strongest, healthiest version of herself for her children. What started as strength training has grown into a well-rounded love for movement, from running half marathons and 10Ks to Pilates and barre. She brings that same dedication and consistency into everything she does.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Natasha leads with intention and heart.

What makes Natasha especially meaningful to this community is her story. As a special needs mom and a women’s Bible study leader, she carries a deep understanding of resilience, grace, and unwavering faith. She truly lives what it means to persevere and trust God in every season.

Meet Coach Rebecca!

With a heart for service, Rebecca spent 17 years as an elementary educator (K-8). She is also a passionate fitness professional with over 30 years in the industry. 

As an AFAA and NASM-certified fitness instructor & trainer, Rebecca specializes in empowering individuals to achieve holistic health. She is certified to lead a wide variety of fitness classes, which include dance, TRX, Step, strength training, cycle and stretching & mobility. Six years ago, she answered a calling to create a Faith and Fitness ministry at her church, blending prayer with physical wellness. 

Rebecca is passionate about helping others steward their bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit. A wife to Victor and proud mom to Diego & Maya, she finds joy in being active outdoors, creating in the kitchen, and making memories with her beautiful family."

Meet Coach Jocelyn 🤍

Her journey began when her years in softball came to a close, but her desire to stay active turned into something so much deeper. What started as a love for lifting and HIIT quickly grew into a calling, especially when she began leading her friends and saw the impact it had. That’s when it clicked… this was more than just fitness.

With a degree in Kinesiology and over a decade of experience in both one-on-one and group training, Jocelyn brings knowledge, structure, and intention into every class. Whether it’s cycling, boxing, or strength, she leads with confidence while making every woman feel seen, capable, and supported.

But what truly sets Jocelyn apart is her heart behind it all. Her motto, “more than fitness,” isn’t just words—it’s how she lives and leads. She shows up with faith, love, and purpose, desiring for women to grow not just physically, but spiritually too.

Meet Coach Shelley

Shelley is a wife of 25 years, proud boy mom of three, and a woman of deep faith who believes in serving others wholeheartedly. For 25 years at Chino Hills High School, she has poured into students as a dedicated high school counselor, while also building a 14-year career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, fitness competitor, former gym owner, and gut health coach.

With multiple fitness competitions under her belt and years of experience coaching women in strength training, Shelley is passionate about helping women build muscle, confidence, and resilience, especially in seasons where the body begins to shift. 

Nutrition is her heartbeat, and she loves guiding women in fueling their bodies well, supporting gut health, and creating sustainable strength from the inside out. 

She thrives in leading high-energy strength sessions that challenge and strengthen both body and mindset.

Now navigating her own postmenopausal health journey, Shelley is deeply committed to staying strong, vibrant, and active, encouraging other women to embrace this season with discipline, confidence, and faith.

Her journey in fitness started early, rooted in a lifelong love for movement and athletics. 

From the field to the studio, she’s always carried that same energy, strong, steady, and encouraging. Since becoming ACE certified, she’s poured that passion into coaching, creating spaces where women can be challenged, supported, and truly enjoy the process of growing stronger, both physically and mentally.

What makes Michele so unique is the way she blends strength with care. Whether she’s leading a high-energy class or guiding you through something more restorative, she meets you right where you are and walks alongside you with genuine encouragement.

Beyond the studio, her heart for serving others runs deep. From years of creating beautiful, meaningful moments through her event business to now leading women in Bible study, she brings intention, warmth, and leadership into everything she does.
