Hi! I’m Dayna

If we haven’t met yet, I want to personally welcome you to Drench Fitness.

I’m Dayna — a mom of three who started Drench over 15 years ago out of my garage with a simple vision: to help women become stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Fitness has been part of my life for nearly two decades — from marathon running to bodybuilding to coaching women in strength training. But over the years, I began to understand something deeper about women’s health.

Many of us are juggling a lot — families, careers, stress, hormones shifting — and sometimes the “push harder” mentality doesn’t serve our bodies the way we think it should.

I experienced that myself.

After years of training hard, my body hit a wall. Lab work revealed Hashimoto’s, elevated cortisol, and a nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight. That season humbled me and changed the way I approach fitness forever…

I realized strength isn’t about punishment or extremes.
It’s about building muscle wisely, supporting our metabolism, and training in a way that works with our bodies — not against them.

Drench was built on that understanding and on a bigger vision — that when women become stronger and healthier, the impact reaches far beyond the gym. It touches families, homes, and generations.

We’re so excited to invite you to our very first Selah Strides… a powerful morning of movement, sisterhood, and time with Jesus.

If you have a heart for faith, connection, and taking care of your health, this is for you.

🚶‍♀️ Eucalyptus Loop (walk or run at your own pace)

We’ll kick things off with matcha in hand, praise, and connection, then head out together for the loop.
