I’m Dayna — a mom of three who started Drench over 15 years ago out of my garage with a simple vision: to help women become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
Fitness has been part of my life for nearly two decades — from marathon running to bodybuilding to coaching women in strength training. But over the years, I began to understand something deeper about women’s health.
Many of us are juggling a lot — families, careers, stress, hormones shifting — and sometimes the “push harder” mentality doesn’t serve our bodies the way we think it should.
I experienced that myself.
After years of training hard, my body hit a wall. Lab work revealed Hashimoto’s, elevated cortisol, and a nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight. That season humbled me and changed the way I approach fitness forever…
