Studio & Experience

Do I need to be a member to attend classes?

Most of our strength sessions are reserved for members to maintain structure, accountability, and program integrity.

However, we do offer limited drop-in options and introductory experiences for new guests who want to try Drench before committing.

It’s a great way to experience our coaching style and structured training environment firsthand.


Is Drench Fitness open to everyone?

Absolutely.

Drench is a women-focused strength training studio designed to help women build muscle, boost metabolism, and train with intention.

Whether you’re brand new to lifting or experienced in strength training, our coaching and programming are built to meet you where you are.


What should I wear or bring to class?

We recommend comfortable, form-fitting activewear and supportive training shoes.

Bring:
• A water bottle
• A sweat towel if preferred

Everything else is provided. Just show up ready to train.


Do you provide showers or changing areas?

We offer clean, well-designed restrooms and changing areas for your convenience.


Is parking available?

Yes. We have convenient parking located directly in front of and near the studio entrance.

What types of memberships do you offer?

Drench Fitness memberships are built around structured strength training and unlimited group classes designed to boost metabolism, increase energy, and support long-term results.

Semi-Private Strength Membership
Coach-led Semi-Private Strength Training (up to 6 women per session) with progressive programming and accountability. Designed to build lean muscle, increase metabolism, and improve total-body strength.

Unlimited Group Classes
Unlimited access to all group training formats, including:
• Mobility & Recovery
• Zumba
• Cardio Core
• Metabolic Conditioning
• Specialty cardio and strength-based classes

Perfect for women who want consistent movement, energy, and variety.

Unlimited All-Access Membership
Includes both Semi-Private Strength Training and Unlimited Group Classes for a complete training experience — strength, conditioning, and mobility combined.


Do you offer trials or drop-ins?

Yes. New guests are welcome to experience Drench through introductory bundles or limited drop-in options (based on availability). This allows you to experience our coaching style and training environment before committing.


Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes. We understand life happens. Memberships may be paused or canceled with a 30-day written notice, in accordance with your agreement.


Classes & Training

What can I expect in Semi-Private Strength Training?

A premium small-group training experience (up to 6 women per session) with individualized coaching and structured programming.

Workouts rotate between upper body, lower body, and full-body training to ensure balanced results, proper recovery, and progressive strength gains.

Expect:
• Clear coaching and form correction
• Progressive overload
• Metabolic-focused strength training
• Consistent structure and accountability

You’ll never guess what to do — you’ll follow a proven plan.


What are the Group Classes like?

Drench group classes are designed to complement strength training by improving endurance, mobility, and overall conditioning.

Mobility & Recovery – Improve flexibility, joint health, and movement quality
Zumba – High-energy cardio that boosts endurance and burns calories
Cardio Core – Strengthen your core while elevating heart rate
Metabolic Conditioning – Efficient workouts designed to support fat loss and stamina

All classes are coach-led and designed specifically for women.


How many women are in each session?

Semi-Private Strength sessions are limited to six women for personalized coaching.
Group classes typically range from 4-8 participants depending on the format.


Can I take multiple classes in one day?

Yes. Many members pair strength training with mobility or cardio classes on the same day for enhanced results and recovery.

Drench Fitness is a strong, supportive community of women committed to consistency, progress, and accountability.

You’ll train alongside women who encourage each other, show up consistently, and take their health seriously — without intimidation or comparison.

You don’t train alone here.


Guests & Policies

Can I bring a guest?

Members may invite first-time local guests (based on availability). Guests must pre-register to ensure proper check-in and waiver completion.

Complimentary visits are reserved for new guests only. Returning guests may join through an intro offer or referral option.

Do you sell retail or supplements?

Yes. We offer a curated selection of training essentials, supplements, and apparel to support your fitness journey.

You’re welcome to take personal photos before or after class. For professional shoots or brand collaborations, please contact our team for approval.


Is there an age requirement?

Drench Fitness welcomes women 18 and older. Minors may participate with parental consent and studio approval
